The terms Well n Tell, Intellicated, Well Intellicated, Prioriteasy, and Prioritiesz refer to the names of digital products owned and operated by Well Intellicated LLC, which include the names of the apps and domains offering the services provided by Well Intellicated LLC, such as the Well n Tell / Well Intellicated app available on app stores, as well as the Well n Tell .com, Well Intellicated .com, Intellicated .com, PrioritiesZ .com and Prioriteasy .com domains, with these names and terms being used synonymously with, and with reference to, Well Intellicated LLC.

Well n Tell, Well Intellicated, or simply Intellicated, is a product owned and operated by Well Intellicated LLC hoping to provide value in some amount and in some form to anyone on the planet. The web app offers:

1. The Free Trial included in the first puchase of a Starter Plan comes with a sample daily diet included, adjusted to your goals and profile. The app offers a very comprehensive daily planner. The planner comes with a highly technical and easy-to-use scientific diet planning utility that allows you to retrieve a daily sample diet plan as a foundation that is personalized based on your profile and goals, which is included with any purchase, that you may then adjust accordingly with a selection of more than 7,000 foods, which each food showing more than 40 nutritional data points, such as retinol, cholesterol, fats, niacin, and more. In addition, a personalized fitness tracker that shows caloric expenditure based on your specific body profile is included, as are tons of additional organizational utilities, such as flashcards, a professional insert-only cashflow ledger that allows you to track spend, earnings, and compare these to budgets you can create, and a checklist that provides timestamps to the minute to help remind you of things that you may want to occur with more specific relativity.

2. Classes and consultations in a variety of areas, including in nutrition and financial management to support some of the key value offerings of the product, with the capability and intention to expand the variety of topics as the company grows. The experts are qualified to provide the assurance that you are learning the right way the first time, without the need to second-guess the trustworthiness of the information obtained, which provides the rationale and value of human-based education, especially since after all, you don't know what you don't know.

The websites, apps, and all services provided are owned and operated by WELL INTELLICATED LLC registered in Arizona USA. The CEO is Christian Moncuso. Please note that depending on the location and area of business, such as healthcare, nutrition, education, etc., it is possible that certain interactions with this offering may be through Prioriteasy Limited (Hong Kong) or DevFresh Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), though regardless, all interactions are with, and all liability is limited through, Well Intellicated LLC, the primary business located in AZ USA unless very explicitly specified otherwise advising on the foreign entity taking over the relationship instead, and all transactions may be handled individually and uniquely, such as collected by an owner or manager of the company.

What you will notice, of course depending on your device and internet connection, is enhanced speed and a smooth experience without annoying popups, moving links, or any of the other smoke and mirrors that you will find on majority of mainstream apps and websites. What this does, more than just reduce annoyance, is provide a more hack-proof experience by using only code that is internal on the server. Enjoy the comfort of knowing the Well Intellicated website (and apps) were built with 100% proprietary code, with absolutely no external exposure, including from libraries, javascript frameworks, even links to common resources such as Google, etc., aside from just a basic exception: 3rd party libraries (APIs) were used to:
send SMTP encrypted emails using PHPMailer if PHPMailer is not included already in the server's OS and package manager, process payments (Apple, Stripe, etc.), and to provide an optional classroom environment with individual private entry codes (ClickMeeting). The product eliminates exposure to JavaScript by default while on the wellintellicated .com URL, with some pages providing the option to activate JavaScript to provide additional features, such as dynamic predictive searches, though all pages where you can be exposed to script tags require the user to first click a button to access the JS enabled version of the page.
Aside from the above-mentioned exceptions, the code is 100% proprietary, without any utilization of 3rd party code. In fact, there aren't even any links to 3rd party designs and fonts, such as external CSS, JavaScript, and Google links. That's right, the company designed and built all of the logic 100% internally, eliminating the risk of hacking unless someone is able to get into your phone or into the server and change something, which is out of our hands and then at a national and global security level; and even then, if there were to be an attack on server centers adjusting the functionality of the code, the company can easily resolve any issues since it is all code developed by individuals currently working for the company. And don't worry, the company doesn't want to track anyone. The company believes that spying, aside from attack and counter-attack scenarios, would just be discrimination from out-of-context, and often negative-value, information of the past, that would just result in incorrectness and distraction, rather than looking at the current and future. The company strives to create a better future and society by focusing on what matters and helping people achieve the desires with which they were genetically born into this universe to achieve. The web app was built with security in mind in an attempt to eliminate vulnerabilities and increase speed. Your passwords are encrypted with passphrase-encrypted algorithms, and your information is kept private. Only the employees and contractors of the company, such as the qualified experts working with you, will be using your information. We do not share your emails with 3rd parties, and no ads! The web app, including its databases, is currently hosted on an unlimited storage hosting plan with namecheap, an American company that is not contracted in any way to access any of the code, nor the database, and are only authorized to provide servers/hosting, domain registration, and DNS services. This company has the value vision of being completely unbiased and global.

The company puts privacy, and more specifically, respect, human rights, common courtesy, and all that goes into having a functioning and collaborative global society of people that prioritize bettering our quality of lives and futures without the impedence of discrimination and corruption that results from spying and restricting, at the highest level in priorities. This includes proper communication. The company does not track you nor your device in any way, not for marketing efforts nor for improvements. We do it the respectful way: asking, permitting societal demands, and accepting communication and suggestions in proper intentional context. Furthermore, the apps do not ask for any permissions at all. We just provide a product and service for you to enjoy using your internet-connected device, using nothing more than temporary anonymous PHP sessions and temporary anonymous keys stored in our database.



A note on discrimination, freedom, and human rights
Since discrimination can perhaps be defined as ineffective categorization, or to be even less discriminative, just categorization with barriers, bringing with it unwanted constraints and the resulting potential lack of accuracy and consideration of change, it is expected that humans will act out against it, perhaps more so than anything else on this planet, even if they don't fully understand what they are rebelling against above the subconscious. If we look closely enough, we can see that a degree of discrimination is unavoidable in the human species whom use language to communicate, as words bring categorized barriers, yet reminds us that categorization brings collaboration. Societies can be negatively affected by discrimination when attempting to categorize with restrictive barriers, such as pinning past actions with future behavior, perhaps even using unnecessary prevention in the form of laws and rules that were formed based on situtionality; this form of discrimination fails at realising that logical people will always act situationally and must act situationally in order to protect themselves and evolve effectively. Perhaps this is the reason that spying is so forbidden, often carrying with it harsh punishments, as it would perhaps only be beneficial in an attack or counter-attack scenario, since other forms would bring unwanted discrimination from trying to categorize out-of-context information of the past with future decision making. The company believes in the pursuit of no limits, in that restrictions prevent adaptation and innovation, and that any benefit that may be temporarily gained from a restriction would only be beneficial because it is a response to some restriction or limit already in place, may it be underdeveloped technology and systems. The restriction that is already in place would be a result of having not allowed some issue to be resolved by natural adaptation and innovation through unrestricted open markets. With technology evolving, we can see that some restrictions may be temporarily beneficial until the technology further evolves, though to exemplify the point, without implementing a constraint on an area of underdevelopment, perhaps more prompt evolution of the technology would occur. Another example is implementing limitations on a natural resource being utilized through a current methodology, as the temporary restriction would be beneficial only if there were some underlying restriction in the market preventing innovation and invention past the utilization method or reliance; if we don't restrict consumption of the resource, would new innovative ways develop of utilizing less of the resource or finding replacement resources to accomplish the goal. Rather than restrictions, allowing a free open market would presumably prompt society to evolve and adapt more beneficially, and more efficiently resolve any temporary issue, even if it involves the over-exploitation of natural resouces until an innovation, market adaption, or societal response away from restricting is realized, as after all, everything has a price, everyone would have incentive to not fully deplete a resource, and innovation can unlock the invention of utilizing other resources, or the same resources in minimizing quantities, to yield the same, or even better, results. While some restrictions may be based on finite resources and are perhaps a result of greed, in the eyes of Well Intellicated, restrictions should perhaps always be eliminated to allow for a happy and adaptable society, and for this reason, the company does its best to reduce constraints and restrictions, which can hopefully be seen and appreciated while using the web app. If nothing else, enjoy unrestricted contact methods and no 2FA requirements during registration and login. Additionally, the company will never track, spy, nor hack you in any way, nor does it want to, as it would be a flawed decision resulting in unwanted discrimination, and therefore, ineffective decisions. To bring the concept home, if we have a society of the future with just a small amount of large companies producing most of the products and services, do we ever restrict start-ups and innovation, and do we categorize with barriers people's jobs and careers, not allowing them to provide value in their chosen area and pursue what they were perhaps born on the planet genetically to achieve, and the answer from Well Intellicated LLC is no, we do not categorize with restrictive barriers, and we do our best in choosing adaptation past issues rather than implement restrictions on people based on past and current situationality.

The company believes that the only key to a functioning society is effective communication, allowing the society to choose what is "good" or "evil" given the situationality and preference of the whole society, which requires the information that is expected to be provided to be provided and from non-discriminative and reliable sources, requiring it to not be from out-of-context spying nor from gossip that can be intentionally malicious. This requires open communication between individuals to ensure the information is communicated as intended from the most trusted source, and with the proper context given all situational aspects that the trusted source would know, and this trusted source would be the person or entity being talked about. For this reason, the company does not try to come up with conclusions of character nor behavior through any other means aside from communicating directly with the customers and those being talked about, and with the customer communicating only to the proper known audience, the company, to provide the most current information that the customer thinks is most relevant. This is why the company will not intentionally share information about the customer with any third party, aside from what is required for business, such as providing the required information needed to process payments with 3rd party merchants, like Stripe.

Perhaps the summarizing point is: Well Intellicated prioritizes not being wrong at any level, which requires not only an ability to learn and change one's mind, but a realization that perhaps the most important thing we can do as humans is help with proper evolution. By ensuring accuracy and availability of information expected to be communicated, which is a biproduct of eliminating restrictions, eliminating inaccurate information from out-of-context spying or gossip, and ensuring pure markets where society can select the path of the future with monetary incentives, we can best achieve desired evolution based on our natural environments with correct information.
